Return & Exchange Policy
SAGE – Exchange Policy
At SAGE, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Exchange

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original SAGE packaging.

Items that are stained, perfumed, altered, damaged, or misused will not be accepted.

SAGE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for size exchanges.

Once the item is received and passes inspection, the new size will be dispatched.

Processing time is 7–10 working days after the item is received at our warehouse.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
