Return & Exchange Policy

SAGE – Exchange Policy

At SAGE, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original SAGE packaging.

  • Items that are stained, perfumed, altered, damaged, or misused will not be accepted.

  • SAGE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Size Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for size exchanges.

  • Once the item is received and passes inspection, the new size will be dispatched.

  • Processing time is 7–10 working days after the item is received at our warehouse.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be provided (subject to availability)

SAGE will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective items.

5. How to Return an Item

Please send your return via a traceable courier service (such as TCS or Leopards) with tracking number and proof of delivery to:
