Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment
At SAGE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy
carefully regarding exchanges.

All Sales Are Final – No Cash Refunds
Please note that all sales are final. We do not provide any cash refunds. We are happy to offer size
exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a size exchange for an item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in absolute original condition with tags attached/uncut
and in its original SAGE packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for
exchange.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Send the product via a traceable courier company that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery
(e.g., TCS or Leopards) to the following address:

Exchange Shipping Costs:
If there is a size issue that occurred due to an error on SAGE's part, the exchange will be completely free
of charge, and SAGE will cover the shipping costs.
If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return and
exchange shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sage.store25@gmail.com
or 03362504504 within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit (as cash
refunds are not provided). We will cover the return shipping costs for proven damaged or defective items.

International Orders
Please note that we currently only accept orders and provide services all over Pakistan. We do not
accept international orders, and therefore, international returns or exchanges are not applicable.
